Item Availability

When purchasing a product with us, it’s availability can be determined on the product detail page by either the “Add to Shopping Bag” button (in-stock) or “Item is Currently Out of Stock” message.

Most items on our site are in-stock and ready to ship within 48 hours. However there may be exceptions when the product has become unavailable or there are shortages. If this is the case, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been delayed and a specified amount of time when it is expected to be shipped. All back orders are usually filled within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

In-Stock Items

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed and should be shipped out within 48 hours. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Back Order Items

Special order items require some additional time for fulfillment. Expected adjustment time (for example, “Special Order or Backorder: Allow 1-4 weeks for delivery”). Your special order or backorder item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your special order item by e-mail.
